Gurnard

Inshore fish widespread around New Zealand. One of New Zealand’s favorites. Medium texture, succulent sweet flavor. Children seem to love Gurnard making it a great species to get kids started on fish eating. Generally smaller fillet sizes.

Fillets are Skinned and Boned.
