The Antarctic Toothfish is a highly prized catch that is sweet in flavor, delectable and is sustainably fished under the ongoing effective management of Antarctic Toothfish Fisheries and carries the MSC certification.
Antarctic Toothfish has a lovely pearly white flesh with a broad flake that’s high in fat and omega-3. The flesh is sweet, soft and delicate making it super versatile when pairing with other ingredients. We recommend an Asian-inspired miso glaze, or pan frying with butter, lemon and capers.
This frozen has been freshly frozen at sea. Please do not refreeze once defrosted.
